Counselling & Psychotherapy in Central Brighton

Sam Milford is an experienced UKCP psychotherapist and BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor ready to work with you through difficult feelings - helping you to find a path through life that feels more satisfying.

Psychotherapy can help with many issues such as problems with anxiety and stress, social anxiety, depression, loneliness, problems with intimacy, issues around sexuality and sex, bereavement and loss, sleep problems and eating disorders.

As well as a core training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Sam has undertaken specialist training in working with ex-boarders, in using outdoor spaces therapeutically and in working with trauma and addiction.

If you're trying to decide between the different approaches to talking therapy (for example, CBT, counselling or psychotherapy) then talking this through in an initial session can be a good starting point.
