Counselling & Psychotherapy in Central Brighton

Sam Milford is an experienced UKCP accredited psychotherapist and BACP accredited psychodynamic counsellor ready to work with you through difficult feelings - helping you to find a path through life that feels more satisfying.

Psychotherapy can be helpful for many issues such as problems with anxiety and stress, social anxiety, trauma, depression, loneliness, problems with intimacy, issues around sexuality and sex, bereavement and loss, sleep problems and eating disorders.

As well as completing a masters in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Sam has undertaken additional specialist training in working with trauma and addiction, in using outdoor spaces therapeutically and working with ex-boarders.

If you're trying to decide between the different approaches to talking therapy (for example, CBT, counselling or psychotherapy) then an initial session together can provide a useful space to talk this through.
