Counselling & Psychotherapy in Central Brighton

Sam Milford is a BACP accredited psychotherapist and psychodynamic counsellor who can work with you through difficult feelings, and can help you to find a path through life that feels more satisfying.

Many issues can be helped by psychotherapy such as problems with anxiety and stress, social anxiety, depression, loneliness, problems with intimacy, issues around sexuality and sex, bereavement and loss, sleep problems and eating disorders.

Sam has undertaken specialist training in working with ex-boarders, in using outdoor spaces therapeutically and working with addiction.

If you're trying to decide between the different talking therapies (for example, CBT, counselling or psychotherapy) then an initial session can be a good way to help you understand the various approaches.
